She decided that using them would be a great idea because they are delicious. She makes them on Tuesdays, when Buffalo Wild Wings has an offer and sells their wings half off. My aunt uses a recipe she created that is simple and very easy to use:

Fish sauce is a salty Asian sauce using anchovies. The blend of fish sauce with some sugar makes for a delicious, sweet and salty flavor. If you’re a spiceaholic, then add red chili to the sauce and add some as a garnish.
First, you combine the sugar with the fish sauce to create the sauce to coat the wings with. You take the chicken wings from the boxes, then heat up the pan with oil, and then put in the chicken. Then you pour the fish sauce mixture and cook it until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
This recipe is important to me because it is one of my favorite foods. It tastes amazing and fills my stomach up. It is a dish my family and I have been eating for a while and all of us love it. It will be a tradition in my family and will forever stick with us.
